When choosing a realtor team to sell your house, you hope to have a team that knows the business inside and out. We found such a team with Treasure Davis. From the first meeting we felt comfortable with Treasure. She went over three different strategies for pricing our property relevant to the time we were selling. Process timelines were provided, and the team ensured each item was completed by the scheduled date.We ran into an issue with our roof shingles deteriorating prematurely. To say this caused us a lot of anxiety when this came up during the seller’s inspection is an understatement. This is where having a great experienced realtor saved us thousands of dollars. Treasure and her team knew the history of the issue and how to handle this as a warranty claim. Treasure’s team arranged to have the roof replaced after closing and educated the buyer’s agent on the process. We want to give a special shout out to Angela Davis who was on top of this weekly making phone calls and emailing for two months after closing to ensure the issue was resolved. We are very happy clients and highly recommend Treasure and her team. If we find ourselves needing a realtor in the future, we know our first and only choice.

Many we initially spoke to that told us “all the right things” we wanted to hear but not the honesty we were looking for. From the very beginning Dean was listening to us. Dean genuinely cares about getting you the house you want. My husband and I used him to find and buy a house sight unseen, and he was indispensable. He would respond within minutes to text messages (at all hours of the day), and when we told him we were wanting to see more of a house, he would book an appointment to view it that day or the next to make a youtube video and send it to us.
