The Question Nobody Asks Out Loud

You built this business so you would have freedom. So you could pick your kids up from school, take the Tuesday morning yoga class, say yes to the trip without asking permission.

So why does your calendar own you?

If you are a woman working in real estate in Colorado Springs, you already know the honest answer. This industry does not hand you balance. It hands you a phone that never stops, a market that shifts under your feet, and a quiet expectation that you should be grateful for both. Somewhere in the middle of all that, the life you were building the business for got postponed.

That is exactly what we are getting into on Friday, August 14.

What This Luncheon Actually Is

Women Realtor Luncheon: Design Your Dream Business and Life is a three hour, in person gathering for women realtors in the Colorado Springs area. It is hosted by Macayla Bergeron and Sarah D'Angelo, two agents on the Treasure Davis Team who are living the exact tension this event addresses.

Here is the format:

Date: Friday, August 14

Time: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Location: 5155 N Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80918

Who it's for: Women realtors, any brokerage, any production level

What's included: Lunch, champagne, charcuterie, and a working session

Cost: Free, but seats are limited

This is not a listing presentation dressed up as a networking event. There is no pitch deck. You will not sit through ninety minutes of someone's production numbers.

You will eat well, you will meet women who understand your week without you having to explain it, and you will leave with something on paper.

What You'll Walk Away With

The core of the luncheon is a guided design session. Not a vision board exercise. An actual working plan.

1. Your non negotiables, named out loud. Most agents have never written down what they are unwilling to trade. The school pickup. The Sunday. The dinner hour. When those are undefined, they become the first things you sacrifice. We start here because everything else is built on top of it.

2. A business model that fits the life, not the other way around. There is more than one way to run a profitable real estate business. Some are built on volume and hustle. Some are built on systems, leverage, and repeat clients. You are allowed to choose. We will walk through what each model actually requires of you so you can pick with your eyes open.

3. Clarity on where your time is actually going. You will map a real week, not an ideal one. Most women in this room will find several hours a week going to work that does not generate income or joy. That is recoverable time.

4. A room full of women who get it. The connections at these events tend to outlast the content. You will meet agents in different seasons: newer agents figuring out lead generation, seasoned producers navigating burnout, women rebuilding after a life change. That mix is the point.

5. One decision, made before you leave. Everyone leaves with a single committed next step. Not a list of twelve. One.

Who's Hosting

Macayla Bergeron and Sarah D'Angelo are both agents with the Treasure Davis Team here in Colorado Springs. They built this event because it is the room they wanted to be in and could not find.

Sarah D'Angelo

Sarah is a realtor, a speaker, and a mentor to women and entrepreneurs. She is also a mother, which means she has spent years doing the math every woman in this business does: what a showing on a Saturday costs, what a closing during a birthday costs, what saying yes to one more thing costs.

She talks about that math honestly, from stages and in one on one mentorship, because pretending it does not exist is how women burn out quietly. Sarah's work with entrepreneurs has given her a wide view of what actually creates freedom in a business, and what only looks like it does. She brings that to the table on Friday.

If you have ever sat in a room where someone told you to just work harder, Sarah is the opposite of that.

Macayla Bergeron

Macayla came to real estate from a sales background, which shows up in how she works. She is direct, she is comfortable with the parts of this business that make people flinch, and she understands that a conversation is a skill you build rather than a personality you are born with.

She is also a retired Marine's wife, and she volunteers with a veterans nonprofit here in the Springs. If you have been a military spouse, you already know what that life teaches you: how to build something of your own while the ground keeps moving, how to start over well, how to hold a plan loosely without letting go of it. That perspective is threaded through everything she brings to this luncheon.

Between the two of them, you get the strategy and the honesty. Sarah maps the vision. Macayla makes sure you leave with something you will actually do on Monday.

Why the Treasure Davis Team Is Behind This

Fair question. Here is the straight answer.

The Treasure Davis Team is a group of over 20 agents at eXp Realty in Colorado Springs, led by Treasure Davis, who has spent 20 years in this market and closed more than 3,500 homes. The team was built around a simple idea we call One Life: you do not get a work life and a home life. You get one life, and your business should be designed to serve it.

We host events like this because the conversation matters whether or not you ever hang your license with us. If you leave with a clearer plan and a better week, that is a win.

And if somewhere in that room you find yourself thinking these are my people, we are happy to have that conversation too. No pressure, no follow up sequence, no chasing. Just an open door.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be with a certain brokerage to come? No. Women realtors from any brokerage are welcome. Come as you are.

Is this a recruiting event? It is a value event first. We are not hiding that we love our team and are always glad to meet like minded agents. But the agenda is the agenda, and nobody is going to corner you by the charcuterie board.

I'm brand new. Will I be out of place? No. Newer agents often get the most out of this because you are designing the business before bad habits set in.

I'm doing well already. Is there anything here for me? Producers are often the ones with the least control over their calendars. If your income is up and your life feels smaller, this is for you.

What should I bring? Something to write with. That is it.

Can I bring a friend? Yes, please do. Just have her register so we have a seat and a plate for her.
