For agents, a home like this is the ideal backdrop. You can film a walkthrough, practice a listing-style intro in the kitchen, record a market update in the living room, or shoot a quick talking-head clip that you can post for weeks. You get the setting without having to coordinate a showing on your own.
Create Content You Can Actually Use
This is a working session, not a lecture. Come ready to film. A few ideas for how to spend your time:
Home tour clips. Practice walking a room on camera and calling out features the way buyers want to hear them.
